TERMS & CONDITIONS

All purchase orders must be submitted from an authorized Team Dealer. Orders must be sent to a local STX Sales Representative via email. Phone and fax orders will not be accepted

Electronic signature confirmation is required from the customer and the authorized Team Dealer before STX will accept and process the order. Delivery lead times start once electronic signature confirmation and authorized Team Dealer purchase order is received.

No changes, additions, deletions or cancellations permitted once STX receives a signed, confirmed order.

All custom orders must be placed through an authorized STX Team Dealer.

No fill-ins or orders for discontinued styles.

6 piece minimum on helmet orders for the paint, aqua tech or chrome packages. No minimum is required on the base package.

12 piece minimum on all new orders and fill-ins for gloves.

24 piece minimum on all new orders for all other items, 12 piece minimum on fill-ins.

Team numbers and initials will add one additional week to the delivery schedule.

Logos must be uploaded in Illustrator EPS format only. Other formats or faxed logos will not be accepted or processed.

Artwork/mock ups accepted online only. No fax or email artwork/mock ups accepted.

Orders will be considered placed when an official purchase order from an STX authorized Team Dealer has been received and approved by STX.
